Deine Aufgaben
Mission der Rolle
Als
Senior Delivery & Implementation Manager
trägst du
direkt die Verantwortung
für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Kundenprojekte – von der Vertragsunterschrift bis zum Go-Live.

Du bist
hands-on
involviert, steuerst und leitest Projekte selbst, sorgst für klare Abstimmungen mit allen Stakeholdern und stellst sicher, dass Kunden schnell messbaren Nutzen aus VoiceLine ziehen.

angelegt – mit der klaren Perspektive, mittelfristig in eine
Head-of-Delivery-Position
hineinzuwachsen, in der du dann das gesamte Delivery-Team führst.

Kernverantwortlichkeiten
Projektleitung & Umsetzung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung komplexer Kundenimplementierungen.
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung aller Phasen – von Kick-off bis Go-Live.
  • Sicherstellen, dass Projektmeilensteine, Zeitpläne und Budgets eingehalten werden.

Stakeholder-Management

  • Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden während der Implementierung.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success).
  • Frühzeitige Eskalation und Lösung kritischer Projektrisiken.

Qualität & Prozessoptimierung

  • Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Delivery-Playbooks, Standardprozessen und Checklisten.
  • Systematische Optimierung von Time-to-Value.

Perspektive & Aufbauarbeit

  • Mitarbeit am Aufbau einer skalierbaren Delivery-Organisation.
  • Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung in der nächsten Wachstumsphase.

Dein Profil
Erfahrung

  • 3–7 Jahre Erfahrung im Enterprise-Software- oder SaaS-Umfeld oder in der IT-/Strategie-Beratung, davon mehrere Jahre in Delivery-, Projektmanagement- oder Professional-Services-Rollen.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Umsetzung komplexer, technisch integrierter Kundenprojekte.

Kompetenzen

  • Starke Projektmanagement-Skills.
  • Technisches Grundverständnis für SaaS-Integrationen (APIs, CRM, ERP etc.).
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten auf C-Level.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Mindset

  • Hands-on, lösungsorientiert, pragmatisch.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung gepaart mit klarer Ergebnisfokussierung.
  • Lust, sowohl im Projekt drin zu arbeiten als auch Strukturen aufzubauen.
