ICT Field Support Officer

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time or Fixed Term Full Time appointments for 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Eligibility to Apply:
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2026.

Position Profile:
We are currently seeking to appont a ICT Field Support Officer.

Provides information technology and communications support and advice to clients.

• Configures, installs, tests, monitors and maintains network and ICT hardware and software.
• Provides input into ICT Projects in accordance with WACHS Standard Operating Environment, quality management procedures and industry best practice
