We're Hiring: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Location: Delhi / Bengaluru / Remote

Position: Full-time (Minimum 1-year commitment)

Start Date: ASAP (Applications accepted on a rolling basis)

Are you an experienced finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact across global operations? We're seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across our regions in India, Colombia, and the US.

This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making, ensuring efficient financial operations, and improving financial systems and processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Forecasting, Planning & Monitoring

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with vertical leads to align financial and strategic goals.

Prepare internal/external reports and support budget compliance.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Conduct deep-dive analysis, scenario planning, and deliver insights.

Automate and streamline reporting systems for better decision-making.

Identify financial risks and drive mitigation strategies.

Process Improvement

Implement SOPs and tech solutions to enhance financial operations.

Identify and resolve process inefficiencies.

Liaise with auditors, funders, and external stakeholders.

Team Management

Lead and mentor the FP&A team to promote growth and accountability.

Set clear goals and facilitate continuous learning and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field (Master's/CPA preferred).

8+ years of experience in FP&A with proven team leadership.

Strong analytical, modeling, and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Skills Required:

Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial systems.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling.

Change management and process optimization.

Strong leadership and project management abilities.
