Aufgaben
  • Balancing von In-Game-Ökonomien, Progressionssystemen, Rewards, Währungen und Features
  • Analyse von Spieler- und Wirtschaftsdaten (z. B. Spins, Bets, Wallets, XP-Kurven, Retention, Monetarisierung)
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Balancing-Modellen, Formeln und Regelwerken
  • Durchführung von Simulationen, Tests und Iterationen (z. B. Szenarien, Edge Cases, Exploits)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Game Design, Monetisation, BI und Development
  • Übersetzung komplexer Zahlenmodelle in verständliche Konzepte und Entscheidungen
  • Dokumentation von Balancing-Logiken und Unterstützung bei Feature-Erklärungen & Tutorials
Qualifikation
  • Starke Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken
  • Begeisterung für Games – idealerweise mit Verständnis für Game-Ökonomien, Progression oder Monetarisierung
  • Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an: Game Design / Economy Design / Balancing
  • Data-Analyse oder statistischen Modellen
  • Idealerweise IT- oder Programmier-Background (z. B. Python, SQL, Excel/Sheets, Simulationen, Scripting)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge strukturiert und klar zu erklären
  • Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
