Product Specialist Finance

We're looking for a Product Specialist Finance & Accounting (all genders) to join our Tech department. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our Finance and Tech teams, helping to make our systems more efficient, future-ready, and scalable as flaconi grows.

Your Role

• Partner closely with our Finance and Controlling teams (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling) and act as their dedicated contact within Enterprise Apps
• Coordinate system improvements across all finance and controlling applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Gather requirements, set priorities, and support each step of the implementation process — from planning to go-live
• Bring forward ideas that simplify processes and make daily work easier, including exploring automation and AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners, such as our Business Central engineers and controlling software providers
• Ensure seamless integration between finance systems, maintaining reliable data flows across ERP, controlling, and other connected tools
• Take part in testing and documentation to make sure all updates are well executed, stable, and user-friendly
• Support flaconi's growth by ensuring our finance systems are ready for new markets and business needs

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally within financial modules
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, allowing you to connect easily with Finance and Controlling stakeholders
• Clear communication skills and the ability to align people from different teams and backgrounds
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, you enjoy taking responsibility while working together toward shared goals
• Analytical and curious, with an interest in understanding technical details and finding practical solutions
• Experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is a plus
• Fluent in English; German skills are a strong plus since many finance processes and terms are in German

For this role, we have a salary band between €50,000 and €71,500 gross per year.
