Your TasksCustomer Support
Act as the primary technical interface for customers using SUSS bonder equipment in Taiwan
Provide pre-sales support: understand customer requirements, propose bonding solutions, and demonstrate equipment capabilities
Follow up CIP between customers and SUSS BU to enhance product performance and competitiveness
Business Development & Sales Support
Support the sales team in customer engagements by presenting product capabilities and application know-how
Identify new bonding opportunities in Taiwan region
Assist in competitive analysis, product positioning, and proposal preparation
- Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Zhubei (Taiyuan), Taiwan office.
- Master's degree in Engineering related field, such as Materials Science, Physics
- 3+ years experience of technical support job in semiconductor equipment, wafer bonding, or advanced packaging process is plus
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with HQ and customers
