**Working Student - Quality Information (Data Analysis) (M/F/d)**:
**About us**:
MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum technical degree in mechanic, mechantronic, electric, electronic, mathematic or related field (3 to 5 years experience)
- Ability to work in cross functional and international teams
- Excellent communication and analysis skills as well as ability to handle multiple tasks
- Analytical problem solving and affinity for numbers
- Good knowledge in microsoft office and full IT literacy, especially Excel (Power bi is advantage)
- English language skill for work (German or other language is advantage)
- Resilient and data mind-set, willingness to improve data quality, understanding its importance
- Good Team work ability to create sinergy
- Driving licence (class B or higher)
- Understanding of automotive products

**Your tasks**:

- Examine,monitor, analyze performance indicators (KPI), their trends to measure effectiveness of quality assurance processes and identify areas for improvement. Evaluation, early warning of factors and environmental impacts affecting negatively on a target achievement
- Coordinate mobis field part collection from all European countries in MPE for detail analysis in cooperation with customer EUQC. Make sure all parts arrive, solving issues with DHL, budget controller, customer and partners
- Report detailled monthly MQE activities for HQ in a summarization: KPIs, with trends, changes, impacts. European field claim part analysis, new vehicle test performed with findings, safety issues, global OE project status, field fix update
- Manage MQE information databases. Protect information, structure data resources, facilitate information reading for users
- Review Mobis being first contact person for customer/supplier for issues addressing and solving. Build strong cooperative relationships to enhance Mobis performance continuosly with Mobis prod. Plants & HQ
