Falcon Green are working with an international tier one main contractor that are focused on delivering complex, large scale life sciences and mission critical projects across Europe and further afield. Due to planned and continued growth, they now require a competent QA/QC Manager on a new data centre scheme in Frankfurt.

As Quality Assurance Manager you will be liaising with the site teams and client to ensure quality is adhered to from conception right through to handover. The ideal candidate will come from similar background and have experience working on large mechanical and electrical packages.

You would be joining a company that is renowned as a market leader in the industry and with annual turnover set to reach the €2 billion mark next year, they are well positioned to continue their market dominance. The orderbook is already full for the coming years with all of their closest clients still as busy as ever.

On top of a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a living away allowance, two monthly return flights and accommodation.

QA/QC Lead Responsibilities:

  • Management, implementation, and maintenance of company standards and procedures
  • Develop quality plans, manuals, documents, and systems.
  • Work with our Client to ensure that their Quality standards & procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented against agreed timelines.
  • Completion of Audits.
  • Advise Management on QA issues.
  • Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover.
  • Attend and co-ordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliers.
  • Documents Control - Reviewing and revising documentation
  • Reporting and ensuring that the current QA/QC procedures used on projects are standardized

QA/QC Lead Requirements for the role:

  • A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines.
  • Excellent work and personal ethics that include trustworthiness, commitment, and empathy.
  • Ability to produce quality written reports.
  • RTW in EU
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
