Du hast früher selbst an Schiffsmotoren oder großen Aggregaten geschraubt und willst jetzt den nächsten Schritt machen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig Als Service Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) im Bereich Marine bei Zeppelin Power Systems planst und steuerst Du unsere Serviceeinsätze und unterstützt die Kollegen bei allen offenen technischen Fragen rund um die Serviceeinsätze– somit bringst dabei Dein technisches Know-how direkt in die Praxis ein.

DARAUF HAST DU LUST

  • Du koordinierst und disponierst unsere Servicetechniker, Werkzeuge und Materialien für Einsätze an Bord und in der Werkstatt.
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden – von der Auftragsklärung über die Angebotserstellung bis zur Nachverfolgung.
  • Du planst Wartungen, Reparaturen und Modifikationen an Caterpillar-Verbrennungsmotoren und derer externen Peripherie (z.B. Abgasnachbehandlungsanlagen)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Außendienst, der Werkstatt und dem Ersatzteilvertrieb zusammen.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über Termine, Ressourcen, Qualität und der Technik – auch wenn's mal stürmisch wird.

DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Schiffsbetriebstechniker oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Servicebereich – z. B. als Monteur, Techniker oder Einsatzplaner
  • Technisches Verständnis für Motoren, Antriebssysteme oder maritime Anwendungen
  • Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
