The TR Senior Specialist/Expert owns the operational delivery and governance of compensation programs ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution. The position of the TR Senior Specialist/Expert reports directly to the Global Head of Total Rewards Intelligence & Operations.Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager's agreement.What you'll doTranslate global compensation programs and policies into Germany-specific requirements, regulations and internal governance, preparing required documentation and supporting Works Council processes.Coordinate compensation-related projects and workstreams, aligning HR, legal and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.Lead compensation activities for Germany, coordinating timelines, data readiness and tool-supported processes.Produce clear, robust compensation analyses and reports to inform decisions, negotiations and modernization efforts.Support continuous improvement of the effectiveness and quality of TR services and processes, aligning local processes with global and regional standards.Deliver timely management information and insights to support decision-making and regulatory requirements.Own, drive and execute local projects.
