Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical projects for the development and lifecycle support of TFT and LED display systems used in railway applications
  • Manage customer-specific service and retrofit projects, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, EMC, quality, methods, validation) throughout the product lifecycle
  • Act as the technical interface between customers, internal departments, and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with railway-specific standards and regulations (e.g. EN 50155, EN , EN 45545)
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and service concepts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of products and service processes
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites for technical clarification, system analysis, and project coordination

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
  • Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in railway or industrial electronics
  • Strong knowledge of display technologies (TFT, LED), embedded systems, and electrical design
  • Familiarity with EMC design principles and railway certification processes
  • Experience in service business, including retrofit, maintenance, and lifecycle management
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
  • Mandatorily business proficiency in German and good English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and on-site support
