Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Engineering
solutions that help businesses become more efficient through a
data-driven approach
. Now with Agentic BI the business model in consulting is shifting. But we at DBI are prepared and bring our own AI Agent Tool ABIS that already supports our Engineers in their daily tasks.

Your Role: (Full-Time, Hybrid in Munich)

As a
BI Specialist
, you'll work at the intersection of data strategy, technology, and business value. You'll design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that empower our clients to make smarter decisions.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Designing and implementing
    data models
    and
    data warehouses with prompts for agents
  • Managing and optimizing ETL processes with agents
  • Translating business requirements into technical BI solutions for agents
  • Building interactive Power BI dashboards
    and data visualizations
  • Supporting
    client projects
    in data analysis and data engineering managing your AI agents
  • Collaborating closely with
    cross-functional teams
    in an agile environment

Your Profile

We're looking for an experienced and motivated individual who brings both
technical expertise and consulting experience
:

Strong
analytical skills
and experience in
data analytics (focus)

  • Very strong understanding of business processes and customer requirements
  • Experienced communication skills aliging workloads and organizing your own projects

Solid knowledge of data warehousing
and
data modeling

Proven proficiency in ETL processes
(e.g., Azure Data Factory, DBT, Databricks)

Hands-on experience with
Power BI
,
DAX
, and
Power Query

Excellent problem-solving skills
and attention to detail

Fluent in
English
(German a plus) and
willingness to travel
occasionally

Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics
, or a related field


5+ years of experience
in BI consulting or data engineering projects
