Lead Analytics Engineer – Data & AI Solutions

Location:
Munich, 1–2 days per week onsite

We're hiring a Lead Analytics Engineer to own data projects end to end, from scoping and design through to build and delivery. You'll be hands-on, shaping data products that are actually used by the business.

What you'll be doing

Lead analytics work from raw data through to production-ready outputs

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and analytics layers

Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to turn real problems into data-led solutions

Experiment with agentic AI and LLM-driven workflows beyond basic chatbot use cases

Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the team

What we're looking for

7+ years across data engineering, analytics, and solution or platform design

Strong SQL and Python with experience using tools such as dbt, Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau, and Kafka

Exposure to LLMs and an interest in autonomous or agent-based AI systems

Broad technical depth, strong judgement, and curiosity for emerging technology
