Regional Staffing Manager, Fulfillment

The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Director FC Operations Staff Planning, you identify and managing the strategic staff plans for fulfillment centers across multiple sites and brands. You will work with finance, staffing, and talent acquisition to provide complex staff planning solutions and volume and labor guidance to the budgets creation for each site. Additionally, you will provide direction to FC site leadership with regards to the site staff planning program. You will work remote and travel when needed.

Your Impact

• Meet with operations leadership to align on hiring strategy and team member working patterns to departmental demand profiles from 21 days out to 1 year to maximize CX and minimize costs.
• Work with each site support team (TA, BP&A) to facilitate correct budget allocations for new hires and project manage labor plans for each department within each site.
• Work directly with scheduling team to provide guidance and direction on the longer term TM working profiles required to meet demand
• Decide on the labor profiles required to meet demand using data/reporting to influence partners while balancing employee experience, customer experience and minimizing cost to the business
• Lead process improvement projects across the network and leverage best practices with colleagues
• Create staff planning volume and labor inputs for finance which allow for accurate budget allocations for each site with regards to labor.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reports which provide insight/visibility to the business with regards to the accuracy/success for the labor plan for each site
• Collaborate with Forecasting team and finance to provide forward-looking information to guide labor planning needs.

What You Bring

• Expertise in budget modeling
• Expertise in excel (can perform complex functions)
• Use data lead and non-data led information to guide business staff decisions.
• Experience with Fulfillment workflow and systems
• 5+ years experience in fulfillment center, warehouse, or call center management
• 3+ years experience developing complex workforce planning solutions in Contact Center or Fulfillment Center.
