As a People Lead for the "Customer Identity and Access Management" and "Meine Allianz" tribes, we are seeking enthusiastic support for our daily operations. You will be fully integrated into our leadership team, working independently and closely with our teams in an agile environment. In our "Customer and Sales IT" department located in Stuttgart, Munich, and Barcelona, we provide IT support for our end customers and sales units.

What you do
You actively support the leadership team in daily operations.You prepare, organize, and facilitate meetings and workshops, and follow up on them.You collaborate on cross-team projects and take on tasks such as supporting personnel development initiatives.You challenge and optimize internal processes.You independently create reports and presentations in both German and English, ensuring active communication with all involved parties.What you bring
You are studying Business Administration, (Business) Psychology, (Business) Informatics, or related fields and ideally have some practical experience.Your personality is characterized by integrity, interpersonal skills, and diverse interests.You demonstrate initiative and great commitment while being a team player.Your agile mindset and ability to work solution-oriented help you quickly grasp new concepts and overcome challenges.You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.You have fluent proficiency in both German and English.You have basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.You can start immediately and are interested in a full-time internship (38 h/week) or a working student position h/week) for a period of ideally 12 months or longer.
