In der Rolle als Vice President (all genders) Logistics & Supply Chain Management übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Management und Leitung unserer Line of Business (LoB) SAP EWM und SAP TM. Dabei treibst eine effiziente und reibungslose Projektumsetzung voran, koordinierst Ressourcen und Teams und stellst durch strategische Planung, Budgetsteuerung und Qualitätsmanagement den Erfolg der Line of Business sicher.

  • Project Delivery & Controlling: Du leitest internationale SAP EWM- und SAP TM Projekte, arbeitest eng mit den unterschiedlichen Teams zusammen und verantwortest Budget, Planung und die gezielte Steuerung von Abweichungen, um höchste Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
  • People & Leadership: Als Führungspersönlichkeit stärkst du Teamstruktur und Zusammenhalt, förderst Talente in ihrer Entwicklung und trägst aktiv zur langfristigen Motivation und Bindung der Mitarbeitenden bei.
  • Partner Management & Sales: Du wirkst maßgeblich an Ausschreibungen und Marketinginitiativen mit, pflegst ein starkes Netzwerk zu SAP, Kunden und Partnern und unterstützt die strategische Weiterentwicklung im Logistik- und Transportumfeld.
Was Dich auszeichnet
  • Erfahrene Führungsperson & Transformationsexpert*in: Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in Schlüsselrollen internationaler S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekte mit Anbindung an SAP EWM und SAP TM und hast dabei nachweislich erfolgreiche Projekte in diesen Bereichen geleitet und umgesetzt.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Darüber hinaus hast du Erfahrung in der Angebotsleitung und -erstellung und überzeugst durch tiefgehendes Fachwissen im Supply Chain Management, insbesondere in den Bereichen Lager- und Transportmanagement.
  • Leadership & Verantwortung: In der Rolle als Vice President (all genders) übernimmst du eine zentrale Vorbildfunktion für unsere Mitarbeitenden und zeichnest dich durch ein positives, visionäres Mindset sowie eine verantwortungsvolle und verbindliche Arbeitsweise aus. Zudem konntest du bereits nachweislich Erfahrungen in einer Führungsfunktion sammeln.
