Das DKMS Donor Center ist eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der DKMS. Das Donor Center hat die primären Aufgaben der Spenderregistrierung, Spenderbetreuung und Spendervermittlung.
Der Funktionsinhaber (m/w/d) berichtet direkt an den COO für den medizinischen Bereich und arbeitet eng mit dem Physicians Team, dem Collection Center (CC) Relationship Manager und dem International Medical Science Team zusammen. Die Funktion bildet die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem DKMS Donor Center (DC), dem DKMS CC und der DKMS Group für Themen und Projekte medizinischer Inhalte, sowie für die Weiterentwicklung medizinischer Standards und den dazugehörigen Dokumenten.

Medical Project Manager and Consultant (m/w/d) (Vollzeit, unbefristet)
IHRE AUFGABEN:
• Verantwortung für und Koordination von Projekten mit medizinischen Inhalten
• Schnittstelle und Wissensmanagement zu medizinischen Themen zwischen verschiedenen medizinischen Fachabteilungen der DKMS Gesellschaften DC, CC, Group
• Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Donor Center und Entnahmezentren, sowohl innerhalb der DKMS als auch mit externen Kooperationspartnern, mit Fokus auf medizinische Themen und Klärungsbedarfe
• Beratung zu medizinischen Fragestellungen im Rahmen von z.B. CC-Audits
• Verantwortung für medizinische Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards
• Analyse und Auswertung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Fragestellungen sowie Aufbereitung und Veröffentlichung
UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN:
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium mit Approbation
• Mindestens relevante 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Gutes Wissen im Bereich der Stammzellspende und -transplantation, sowie über regulatorische Anforderungen an Entnahmezentren und medizinische Standards
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
• Exzellente Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
