Business Excellence Manager (m/f/d) - Supply Chain

Your tasks

  • Define, improve and complete end-to-end processes within Supply Chain Management.
  • Develop and maintain standards, templates and tools for consistent execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor performance.
  • Act as a central method office, providing governance and guidance for process adherence.
  • Collaborate with regional and functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Maintain seamless interfaces with other core value chain areas (Sales, Tendering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Engineering).

Additional Duties

  • Support change management and training initiatives to embed excellence practices.
  • Lead and manage high-impact projects that influence global operations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional integration and best practice sharing across regions.

Your profile

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in process management, continuous improvement or business excellence, specifically within the supply chain sector.
  • 2+ years leadership experience.
  • Experience in direct collaboration with the board of management.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles. Experience in the field of production, engineering and procurement is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority.
