UX Designer

As a UX designer (m/f/d), you will join a growing team of specialist designers and researchers,

who play a crucial role in shaping our product through active collaboration with Product management,

UX, and Development teams.

You can expect to be embedded in one of the product areas with multiple development teams,

own a part of the product, and collaborate on our Design system. You will also consult stakeholders

and teams to ensure a consistent experience across all user touchpoints.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You will contribute to the strategic direction of a product area and influence the roadmap for that area.
• You collaborate with various stakeholders during all stages of the product delivery process.
• You support the discovery and definition of problems as well as drive conceptualization and evaluation of ideas.
• You empathically translate ideas into fully functional, lovable designs.
• Furthermore, you contribute to our developing Design system and achieving WCAG 2.2 compliance.
• Supporting initiatives across the organization to increase UX maturity is also a part of your job.

• You have several years of solid work experience in UX/UI/Product design (Web/iOS/Android).
• You are proactive, goal-oriented, and have a collaborative attitude towards work.
• You have the ability to switch between consultant and embedded design approach.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• A portfolio showcasing your work.
• You have experience working on B2B software; SAAS is a plus.
• Full working proficiency in English; German and other languages are a plus.
