**Job Summary**: **Your tasks**: - Overall responsibility for the user experience in the "DocuWare" product - Staff responsibility for an interdisciplinary team of UX designers, UX researchers, UX writers and data analysts - Representation of user needs within the product strategy - Synchronization with product management and engineering leads regarding fundamental product design issues - Ensure and optimize our user-centric design approach - Act as a key advocate for the user and coordinate horizontally with other business units - Increase the UX maturity of the organization **Your background**: - Extensive experience in leading teams - Several years of professional experience in the area of user or customer experience - You are results-oriented and enjoy working with objectives - You like to take responsibility for a topic and represent it inside and outside the organization - High social competence and ability to work in a team - Passion to impart and share knowledge - Fluent English and good German skills **Your benefits**: There are many great reasons to join DocuWare - our company culture is only one of them.
