I'm recruiting for a Data Entry Assistant to transfer and condense complex data into a simple systems database for accurate documentation and record-keeping. Provide reports to upper management, senior leadership and key stakeholders if needed. Remote working (Germany only) Daily rate Remote Jobs Solution.
You will have good communication and organisational skills as the role will be working with a wide range of different teams . The role will involve multi-tasking and paying attention to detail.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Enters data from paper records into database management system within specified timeframe
Reviews data to ensure accuracy of data input and prioritises projects in order of importance
Ensures confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure
Administrative duties such as filing forms and reports
Troubleshoots customer and account system changes and upgrades with testing of data input and output and records results
Backs up important data files to secure storage system
Follows policies and procedures and reports changes necessary to improve systems or reduce costs
Learns systems and staying updated on upgrades and procedural changes
Updates spreadsheets and populating reports for regular review by upper management and senior leadership
Ability to retrieve information held on computer systems to generate reports
Interacts with clients as well as team members from other departments regarding data input
Maintain accurate records of computer and software systems updates, upgrades and other changes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM OUR CANDIDATES
The ideal candidate will have.
Good understanding of using database.
Skills in understanding how processes works .
Problem solver: you will explore data in system, when problems come, identify and solve them.
Teamwork: you will be partnering with other teams across verticals, collaboration, articulation, and efficiency are required
Accuracy and good attention to detail.
Good time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
