. Heute arbeiten mehr als 800 Mitarbeiter an über 25 Standorten Tag für Tag an der Entwicklung vielfältiger und nachhaltiger Qualitätsprodukte und -lösungen.

Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Auf diese Aufgaben können Sie sich freuen:

  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der produktionsbegleitenden Qualitätskontrolle im Bereich Düngemittel
  • Durchführung von Wareneingangskontrollen von Rohwaren, Einsatzstoffen und Zukaufprodukten
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Material- und Prozessabläufen vom Wareneingang bis zum Endprodukt
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Prüfungen, Analysen und Laborberichten zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Identifikation von Abweichungen sowie Einleitung und Nachverfolgung nachhaltiger Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPA)
  • Durchführung von Kontrollgängen, Schnelltests und Prüfung der Einhaltung von Prozess- und Produktionsvorgaben
  • Reklamationsmanagement inklusive Ursachenanalyse und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung von SAP-QM-Prozessen sowie Erstellung und Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentationen
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung interner und externer Audits (z.B. ISO, Lieferantenaudits)
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems und der Prozessstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Labor, Einkauf und Entwicklung

Das macht Sie und uns erfolgreich:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Agrartechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Techniker-/Meisterausbildung)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld von Düngemitteln, Erden, Agrar- oder Chemieprodukten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Qualitätstools und Methoden (z.B. Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D)
  • Kenntnisse in SAP ERP oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  • Ein Plus aber kein Muss: Zusatzqualifikation als Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter, Auditor o. ä.
  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis
  • Kommunikationsstarke, strukturierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
