Founding Engineer

cargovibe is the first platform that systematically improves the daily work of long-haul truck drivers. Our goal is to build a digital assistant that combines planning, communication, and navigation to deliver real relief and structure to drivers' routines. We are addressing a well-defined and still unsolved problem in a highly relevant industry undergoing structural change.

We have received multiple awards, including five-figure prize funding, are part of the REACH incubator, and are supported by experienced C-level executives from logistics and industrial sectors. To date, cargovibe has been fully bootstrapped and is validated through real traction in our pilot market.

We are now looking for a Founding Engineer to take ownership of the technical side of the product and help shape the next phase of development. The role offers a clear path toward transitioning into a CTO position.

• You will take ownership of the architecture, infrastructure, and implementation of our mobile platform
• You will develop core product modules with a focus on scalability and modular expansion
• You will collaborate closely with the founding team and industry partners
• You will contribute your own ideas and help build a product that is both technically sound and operationally effective
• You will support the technical side of future funding rounds and prepare the foundation for building out the tech team

• A strong passion for technology and the ambition to build a meaningful product with lasting impact
• A solid technical foundation in software and app development
• Experience with modern technologies such as TypeScript, React Native, or
• An interest in both operational and strategic topics around platform architecture, APIs, and product design
• The ability to take ownership, structure complex challenges, and solve them pragmatically
