What you'll build

At SAP, we are bringing together state-of-the-art AI technology with our extensive industry-specific data and deep process knowledge to create innovative AI capabilities across SAP products & services. Large Language Models (LLMs) hold immense potential to change the way we work and develop products. They are reshaping the landscape of Machine Learning across various domains. However, they are not the final stage of AI advancements and there is a lot of untapped potential to use data other than language to solve modern problems of business software. It is SAP's mission to overcome these challenges within the realm of Business AI.

  • Collaborate with the team manager & head of operations to plan, track, and report on project goals, progress and impact.
  • Actively seek and implement opportunities for automation & other improvements within the team's operating model.
  • Support backlog management for clear milestone understanding and optimal team progress.
  • Assist in developing project teams into high-performing agile units and enhance backlog management and reporting techniques.
  • Foster team collaboration and interactions.
  • Manage SharePoint content and prepare social media posts.
  • Compile monthly reports and management presentations on project achievements

What you bring

  • Enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences in Germany, pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM or Business field
  • Proficient in software development and Agile methodologies (SCRUM), with project management experience
  • Skilled in collaboration tools (MS Teams, Sharepoint) and customization of project management software like Jira, Airtable, GitHub
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, with German proficiency as a bonus
  • Able to commute to Potsdam, Berlin
  • AI skills are advantageous
  • Proactive, independent, and confident communicator
