As a Working Student at RWE Renewables Europe & Australia, you will support the daily procurement activities within the area of Direct Procurement for our onshore wind and solar projects in Europe & Australia during the development and construction phase as well in the field of operation & maintenance.
About the role
Support of our operational onshore wind and solar projectsSupport tenders in close cooperation with the related functions in international teamsManagement of service contracts and agreements for spare parts and other materials for wind turbine generators, in multidisciplinary and international teamsAnalyse and evaluate tender documents and create price comparisonsManage work in SAP for purchase requisitions from technical functionsSupport preparation of both internal and external meetingsTake over ad-hoc requests to support ongoing projectsSupport the development of a lessons learned & supplier management databaseCreate management presentationsImplement framework agreements into the SAP system to allow automatic orderingPlace call off's against existing framework agreementsConvert Purchase requisitions into Purchase Orders, where automatic SAP contracts do not existInvoice query support for purchase ordersYour profile:
Ongoing studies in the field of supply chain, project management, business administration or engineeringFirst practical experience in an international company Intercultural understanding and openness in working with different culturesFluency in English and GermanFirm knowledge of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Strong analytical & communication skills compared with creative mindset, curiosity and proactivenessYour Benefits
