Position Description

  • Take ownership of end-to-end AI products for Operations/Manufacturing and Supply Chain and lead dedicated AI squads in collaboration with Business Product Owners
  • Translate business needs from operations and supply chain departments into development requirements for AI-driven solutions while managing implementation and the entire product lifecycle from PoC to scaling
  • Shape AI products based on state-of-the-art technology and contribute with inspiration from regularly conducted tech radars
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to understand their needs, ideate and validate use cases, and derive a valuable product roadmap focused on operational excellence
  • Validate and deliver P&L impact by aligning development activities with business objectives such as cost optimization, efficiency, and quality improvements

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' industry experience in product management in the data/AI space, ideally with hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or manufacturing
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills complemented by a structured and methodical work approach
  • Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning and machine connectivity concepts and a talent to convey these concepts to business stakeholders
  • Familiar with agile software development and tools for source control and project management especially Git, JIRA, and Azure DevOps
