  • You have 5-7+ years of experience in Strategic Program Delivery, Project Management, or a related role, with a proven ability to design and scale growth programs for high-value business segments.
  • You have advanced Business Acumen, allowing you to interpret organizational dynamics and market trends to propose the best course of action and drive decisions effectively.
  • You possess expert-level skills in Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management, with a demonstrated track record of leveraging analytical skills and adapting your communication style to different organizational groups.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, capable of structuring complex data, understanding the business KPI's, and translating performance metrics into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • SaaS and/or eCommerce experience preferable.
  • You are fluent in English, German language knowledge would be an advantage
