Founder's Associate - Intern (f/m/d)

The role:

As a Founder's Associate at Pacifico, you'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to help drive the company's most important priorities: spanning strategy, execution, and growth. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role at the center of the business, where you'll turn insights into action, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help build the foundations for scaling.

Your main tasks:

• Partner with the CEO:

Act as a thought partner to leadership - structuring decisions, solving problems, and keeping priorities moving
- Shape strategy with insights:

Research the alternative protein space (customers, partners, competitors) and translate findings into clear recommendations driving our strategy yourself
- Own key initiatives:

Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, ensuring milestones are delivered
- Build for scale:

Improve processes and operating routines that help the team run faster and more effectively as Pacifico grows
- Support growth & fundraising:

Help with hiring and core business ops, and contribute to fundraising preparation and investor communications

What you need to succeed in this role:

We're looking for people who take initiative, move quickly, and are happy to roll up their sleeves.

• A passion for our core mission
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., business, management, business informatics - or another field that shows strong analytical and execution skills)
• First hands-on experience through internships or projects, ideally in startups, tech, consulting, or other fast-paced environments
• Strong "get-things-done" mindset: you take initiative, own outcomes, and follow through
• Sharp problem-solver who stays calm in ambiguity and enjoys moving quickly with
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is not required, but is a plus)
