Das Team – dein Beitrag

Als Werkstudent Internal Project Support wirst du Teil unseres Automation Development Teams innerhalb der E.ON Digital Technology. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle beim Erreichen unserer Unit Ziele, übernimmst Verantwortung im Partnermanagement und beeinflusst unsere konzerninterne Kommunikationsstrategie.

Deine Rolle – sinnhaft & wertvoll

  • Eigenständige inhaltliche und organisatorische Vorbereitung sowie Moderation von Meetings und Präsentationen
  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Kommunikationsstrategie der Unit
  • Koordination und Kapazitätsplanung externer Partner in enger Abstimmung mit dem Leadership Team und den Engagement Managern
  • Unterstützung im PMO

Dein Profil – authentisch & neugierig

  • Eingeschriebener Student (w/m/d) in einem Studiengang mit Bezug zu IT, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Schwerpunkt
  • Du hast eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Basiswissen im agilen Projektmanagement und arbeiten mit OKRs sind hilfreich, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und keine Scheu, auch größere Gruppen zu moderieren
