Über 250 Lieferpartner mit Fahrzeugen vom Lastenrad bis zum Dreiachser mit Kran sind täglich in Deutschland für uns unterwegs. Als Teil des Operation Control Centers (OCC) unterstützt du den Head of Operations, sorgst du für pünktliche Lieferungen, klärst offene Fragen unserer Lieferpartner und bringst unsere Services mithilfe moderner IT-Unterstützung "auf die Straße".

Stellenbeschreibung
  • Sicherstellung und Steuerung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Koordination und Überwachung zeitkritischer Lieferungen auf der letzten Meile
  • Disposition offener Lieferaufträge auf unser Lieferpartnernetzwerk
  • Kundenorientierte Lösung kurzfristiger und komplexer Lieferanfragen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Automatisierung der Abwicklungsprozesse
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Logistikstudium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Logistik
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Disposition und operativen Transportsteuerung
  • Freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikation mit Lieferpartnern und Kunden
  • Verbindlichkeit, Hands-On-Mentalität und Durchsetzungsstärke 
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Logistiksoftware
  • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Englisch Grundkenntnisse
