Die Leidenschaft für das Lesen und für Bücher bilden seit 1919 unser Fundament. Damals wurde die erste Thalia Buchhandlung in Hamburg gegründet. Heute ist das mittelständisch geprägte und unabhängige Familienunternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Hagen Marktführer in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.

Wir bieten vielfältigen Inhalten und Geschichten in jeder Darreichungsform eine Bühne – stationär in der Buchhandlung sowie digital auf unseren Onlinekanälen. Mit unserem Omni-Channel-Ansatz ermöglichen wir unseren Kundinnen und Kunden den Einkauf zu jeder Zeit über alle Kanäle hinweg. Rund 500 Buchhandlungen bilden das Thalia Netzwerk im deutschsprachigen Raum. Durch unseren Onlineshop und die eigene App ist Thalia zudem digital stark vertreten.

Rund 6.500 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter arbeiten an unseren Standorten und in den Buchhandlungen mit viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft daran, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden aus einem einzigartigen Sortiment auswählen können, fachkundig beraten werden und Freude bei ihrem Einkauf haben. Stellenbeschreibung
  • Zahlen mit Wirkung: Du entwickelst und betreust KPI- und SLA-Dashboards für das OCH Marl Controlling – immer mit dem Ziel, Transparenz und Steuerung zu verbessern.
  • Effizienz als Mission: Du gestaltest kaufmännische Prozesse aktiv mit, optimierst Abläufe und sorgst so für messbare Effizienzgewinne.
  • Teamplayer mit Überblick: Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem lokalen Standort, dem zentralen Controlling und internen Bereichen sicherst du eine enge und effektive Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sparringperson der Standortleitung: Bei Budgetplanung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Business Cases stehst du beratend und unterstützend zur Seite.
  • Optimierung im Fokus: Gemeinsam mit Operations arbeitest du kontinuierlich an der wirtschaftlichen Verbesserung operativer Prozesse – mit Blick auf Performance und Zukunftsfähigkeit.
Qualifikationen
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium – idealerweise mit logistischem Schwerpunkt oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im logistischen Umfeld – du verstehst die Abläufe, kennst typische Herausforderungen und erkennst Optimierungspotenziale im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen, Controlling sowie in der Budgetplanung und -überwachung – du bist routiniert im Umgang mit Controlling-Tools und bringst ein sicheres Gespür für Zahlen mit.
  • Praktisches Know-how in der Erstellung von Business Cases sowie in der Analyse von Finanzdaten – du triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis fundierter Analysen.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der Anspruch, Prozesse stetig zu verbessern und gemeinsam mit deinem Team zu wachsen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten – du bewegst dich sicher auf allen Ebenen und schaffst Vertrauen.

Um zukünftigen Anforderungen gerecht werden zu können, entwickeln und bauen wir ein hochmodernes Logistikzentrum in Marl.
