About the Role
We're looking for a
Sales Associate
to help grow our
team-building event offerings
. These events are designed for
groups of 8+ people
and aim to bring teams together through engaging, interactive, and fun experiences.
You'll be responsible for
outreach, pitching, and closing sales
with companies, co-working spaces, and communities interested in hosting team-building events in Berlin. This role is
commission-based
, giving you the freedom to earn based on the events you sell.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to
companies and organizations
via LinkedIn, email, and websites to pitch Spark Events' team-building experiences - Connect with
co-working spaces and communities
such as The Social Hub, WeWork, and others to host events - Present and explain our
unique team-building concepts
in a professional, engaging way - Negotiate and close
event bookings
(events range from €
300–€1,500
) - Collaborate with the founder to
tailor events to client needs
and create memorable experiences
