Werde der wesentliche Treiber für den kommerziellen Erfolg unserer chemischen Betriebsmittel Kategorien, wie z.B. Schmierstoffe und Fette in unseren europäischen Märkten.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du definierst die internationale Kategorie- und die Positionierungsstrategie

  • Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für die kommerzielle Weiterentwicklung der Produktgruppen und definierst die zentrale Produkt-Roadmap basierend auf einem tiefen Verständnis von Kundenanwendungen und -anforderungen in Abstimmung mit zentralen und regionalen Teams

  • Du verfolgst und steuerst die Kategorie-/Produktgruppen auf Basis wesentlicher Performance-KPIs sowie fundierter Datenanalyse und leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab

  • Du wirkst an der Entwicklung kundenorientierter Innovationen auf Grundlage von Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnissen mit und verantwortest die Produkt-Markteinführung

  • Du legst Produkte für ausgewählte kundenzentrierte Vermarktungsinitiativen fest

  • Du entwickelst kundenspezifische Marketing-Storys und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Marketing-Assets für interne und externe Kunden

  • Du stellst die Verkaufsfähigkeit deines Produktportfolios sicher (inkl. Produktkonformität und Marktstandards)

  • Du legst Anforderungen an den Einkauf fest (Spezifikationen, angestrebte Kosten) und nimmst an Lieferantengesprächen teil 

DU BRINGST MIT

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder Marketing bzw. technische Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im Produkt- oder Kategoriemanagement

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager in einem internationalen Umfeld

  • Erfahrung als Projektleiter und gute Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in SAP BW, MM sowie in PIM-Systemen von Vorteil

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B1)

  • Kooperative Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit sowie Kunden- und Prozessorientierung

  • Überzeugendes Auftreten und Machermentalität

  • Offenheit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit zur Selbstmotivation
