DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Events (Strategiemeetings, Mitarbeitendenveranstaltungen, Workshops etc.

  • Projektsteuerung: von der Konzeption über die Budgetplanung bis hin zum Controlling

  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Vorstand, Senior Management und internen Stakeholdern

  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Eventformate und Entwicklung neuer, innovativer Konzepte

  • Auswahl, Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleistungsunternehmen und Agenturen

  • Monitoring, Reporting und Evaluation der Event-Ergebnisse (KPIs)

  • Souveräne Beratung von Management und Fachabteilungen in allen Eventfragen

DU BRINGST MIT

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Kommunikation, Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Event- und Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Senior Management sowie ausgeprägte Resilienz, Professionalität und diplomatisches Geschick

  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel souverän zu steuern

  • Kreativität und Gespür für Trends in der Eventgestaltung

  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Event-Tools
