What you'll do

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform regular controlling reports and activities to plan budget and capacity and track expenses
• Develop dashboards for regular management reviews
• Support business operations initiatives, develop timelines, plan and track execution
• Prepare meaningful status reports of portfolio planning, monitor fulfillment of tasks and action items

Education, Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

• You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with focus on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or similar
• First practical experience in financial operations ideally in an IT / High-Tech environment
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, with advanced Excel skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management skills with strong attention to detail and numbers
• Language skills: Fluent in English (oral and written), German skills are a plus

SAP Signavio is the leading cloud-based vendor in the business transformation and process management markets, playing a central role in SAP's Intelligent Enterprise strategy.

At SAP Signavio, you will be part of the Product & Engineering COO team. We provide the backbone for a seamless people experience, organizational development, efficient operations, and strategy execution across the Product and Engineering unit of SAP Signavio. Your work focus will be on business operations initiatives.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
