Your responsibilities

• Create and review site engineering design for utility scale Onshore wind Projects (Focus but not limited to Civil & Mechanical topics)
• Deliver designs and optimization in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and industry practices
• Technical Due diligence and site investigation including cost and quantity estimations
• Structural analyse and foundation design (Wind)
• Route, Road and crane pad planning
• Defining and overseeing external engineering services, as well as scope of technical contract
• Be responsive to the needs of internal stakeholders and project requirements
• Provide feedback and contribute to continues improvement in all areas

 

Your profile

• Degree in civil engineering or similar (Advanced vocational qualifications and practical experienced is considered).
• At least three years of relevant work experience Wind engineering (Civil)
• Experience in Foundation and crane pad design for wind turbine is preferred
• Member of a German chamber of engineers are prefered
• Profound Civil 3D and AutoCAD skills (others are helpful)
• Knowledge of Eurocode, IEC codes and industry practices
• Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of international work experience
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluency in English, any other language will be helpful
