HR Project & Transformation Coordinator – Chief of Staff to CHRO (m/f/x)
This is a unique opportunity to step into a
high-impact role at a pivotal moment
in our customer's journey. Following a Private Equity acquisition, they are entering a period of significant transformation across both the business and the HR function. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will take on a role with two core dimensions:
- Driving and structuring HR transformation initiatives
in partnership with the company's global Transformation Office. - Serving as Chief of Staff to the CHRO
, acting as her/his trusted representative, advisor, and operational right hand.
Your experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management, HR transformation, consulting, strategy, or analytics, ideally in Private Equity-backed or rapidly changing environments.
- Proven track record managing global, cross-functional projects with analytical complexity.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation, modeling, dashboards).
- Strong experience working with KPIs, HR metrics, compensation/financial data, and translating numerical insights into business recommendations.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready presentations that simplify complexity and tell a clear story.
- Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are required; German language skills are highly desired.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives (e.g., Chief of Staff, EA to C-suite, business partner) is a plus.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable with data, numbers, and structuring quantitative insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with senior leaders across functions.
- Change management expertise (Prosci certification or equivalent desirable).
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Culturally savvy and able to work effectively in a global environment.
