HR Project & Transformation Coordinator – Chief of Staff to CHRO (m/f/x)

This is a unique opportunity to step into a
high-impact role at a pivotal moment
in our customer's journey. Following a Private Equity acquisition, they are entering a period of significant transformation across both the business and the HR function. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will take on a role with two core dimensions:

  1. Driving and structuring HR transformation initiatives
    in partnership with the company's global Transformation Office.
  2. Serving as Chief of Staff to the CHRO
    , acting as her/his trusted representative, advisor, and operational right hand.

Your experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management, HR transformation, consulting, strategy, or analytics, ideally in Private Equity-backed or rapidly changing environments.
  • Proven track record managing global, cross-functional projects with analytical complexity.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation, modeling, dashboards).
  • Strong experience working with KPIs, HR metrics, compensation/financial data, and translating numerical insights into business recommendations.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready presentations that simplify complexity and tell a clear story.
  • Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are required; German language skills are highly desired.
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives (e.g., Chief of Staff, EA to C-suite, business partner) is a plus.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with senior leaders across functions.
  • Change management expertise (Prosci certification or equivalent desirable).
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Culturally savvy and able to work effectively in a global environment.
