Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Get strategic insight while making a difference: Join the PSS Strategy team and contribute to our long-term success. This internship offers the opportunity to work on market research, strategic models, and cross-functional collaborations in a fast-paced international environment.

• Shape the future: Support strategic projects and management recommendations to the long-term PSS strategy
• Data is everything: Contribute to the creation and development of a comprehensive Market Model for PSS
• Experience research: Conduct market analysis in the areas of market development, applications, and technology trends
• Stakeholder management: Interact and collaborate with multiple departments and functions across the organization

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Curious, analytical, and proactive – that's how you work. You enjoy deep diving into strategic topics and are confident working with data and cross-functional teams.

• Study field: Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Engineering, Business Administration or similar, with a completed Bachelor's degree and above-average results.
• Skills: High level of proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Personality: A tech-savvy team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Way of working: Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently with various interfaces
• Language skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
