Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Als Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (w/m/d) verantwortest du den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für die arsipa Gruppe und ihre Tochtergesellschaften, insbesondere für Positionen im Bereich Arbeitsmedizin. Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du den Recruiting-Bereich strategisch weiter, etablierst skalierbare Prozesse und verantwortest Reporting sowie die Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen – mit viel Raum für eigene Ideen und Gestaltungsspielraum.

Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End-Recruiting für Fach- und Führungspositionen
  • Beratung und Sparring der Hiring Manager
  • Active Sourcing und Direktansprache
  • Durchführung strukturierter Interviews
  • Steuerung externer Recruiting-Partner
  • Analyse von Recruiting-Kennzahlen und Prozessoptimierung
  • Weiterentwicklung von Candidate Experience und Employer Branding
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise mit Agentur-Erfahrung
  • Starke Expertise im Active Sourcing
  • Erfahrung mit ATS und modernen Recruiting-Tools
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung im Recruiting im Bereich Betriebsmedizin / Arbeitsmedizin
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau skalierbarer Recruiting-Strukturen
  • Kenntnisse im Employer Branding oder Recruiting-Marketing
  • Affinität zu KPIs und datengetriebenem Recruiting
  • Erste Führungserfahrung
