AI Solutions Intern

Your mission
At , we help organisations adapt to climate change through our map-based platform that connects climate, energy, and infrastructure data. Your mission as an AI Solutions Intern or Working Student is to explore how AI can help us improve operations, product and customer experience. You'll work on testing and prototyping AI solutions that support lead generation and help streamline processes across different parts of the business. Below are some examples:

• Build smart automations with tools like Clay, Zapier, Amplemarket, LinkedIn, and HubSpot to optimise lead generation workflows
• Develop AI assistants and LLM-based prototypes that support customer engagement or interaction with map-based climate and energy datasets
• Collaborate closely with our CEO and team to integrate, test, and refine AI solutions across business and data workflows
• Research emerging AI tools and experiment with new approaches in automation, data analysis, and process efficiency
• Document your work carefully so that developed solutions can be maintained, scaled, and improved in the future
• Contribute to improving how we interpret, visualise, and communicate insights around climate risk and energy transition

Is it you we're looking for?

• You are a student or early-career professional excited about applying AI in a hands-on way to solve real-world problems
• You have strong technical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Python and an interest in workflow automation tools like Zapier, APIs, and low-code or no-code platforms
• You take initiative and enjoy turning ideas into real outcomes, seeing projects through from concept to completion
• You're collaborative and proactive, comfortable working independently while contributing to a small, fast-moving team
• You're curious about climate, energy, and sustainability, and excited to see how AI can make an impact across these areas
• You're based in or near Munich (bonus if you're at CDTM, TU Munich, or similar) and available for a minimum of 6 months (longer in case of a working student position)
• Bonus: Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or simple ML models
