What you can expect

• You independently handle the analysis and resolution of occurring issues (2nd level onsite and remote support), as well as user support in the areas of Microsoft operating systems and Office, endpoint security, mobile devices, workplace systems, and printing environments.
• You organize the installation and configuration of software and new systems.
• You are responsible for independently setting up, customizing, and distributing end devices, as well as lifecycle management for laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• In doing so, you create, maintain, and monitor inventory levels and the associated technical documentation.
• You actively support the implementation of IT security policies and IT standards, while also managing our media technology systems.

What makes you stand out

• You are currently studying IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program.
• You have strong German and good English skills, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and iOS.
• You are interested in IT support processes and workflows and enjoy engaging with new technologies and innovations.
• Strong communication skills, a high level of customer orientation, and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor characterize you.
• Excellent German and fluent English skills round off your profile.
