Etwa 250 Mitarbeiter arbeiten in der Hauptverwaltung in Köln, rund 170 Mitarbeiter sind im Customer Contact Center (Call Center) beschäftigt. Das Unternehmen bearbeitet rund 1,2 Mio. Kundenkontakte pro Jahr und hilft Autofahrern in ganz Deutschland, entweder in einem der 370 Service-Center oder unterwegs mit mehr als 240 mobilen Einheiten.

Teamleiter (m/w/d) Springer - Planning Area Ost
Du bist als Führungskraft verantwortlich für unsere Springer-Monteure in der Region Ost. Die Region Ost umfasst das Gebiet von Hof über Leipzig/ Dresden/Berlin bis nach Rostock. Tagtäglich bist du innerhalb deiner Region unterwegs, um deine Mitarbeitenden an ihrem aktuellen Einsatzort zu besuchen und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen.
Neben deinen Aufgaben als Führungskraft unterstützt du ebenfalls im operativen Tagesgeschäft vor Ort.
Dein Aufgabenbereich:
Führungsverantwortung:Direkte Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Springer-Monteure (dazu zählen z.B. Mitarbeitergespräche, Arbeitszeiterfassung und Urlaubsplanung) innerhalb deiner Region
Sicherstellung des Carglass-Informationsflusses an die direkt unterstellten Mitarbeiter
Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Carglass-Standards
Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (Austausch und Montage von Fahrzeugscheiben inkl. Rekalibrierung sowie Durchführung von Reperaturen (Glass-Medic)
Du bringst mit:
Hohe Mitarbeiterorientierung mit der Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter und ihre Bedürfnisse sowie Stärken und Entwicklungsfelder zu verstehen und sie aktiv bei ihrer Weiterentwicklung zu begleiten.
Idealerweise verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung, gerne in der KFZ-Branche.
KFZ ist kein Muss. Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen. Wenn du die Motivation für einen Neuanfang mitbringst, bringen wir dir alles bei, was du brauchst.
Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und gute Deutschkenntnisse.
Der Umgang mit dem PC ist dir geläufig.
Flexibilität, Mobilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deiner Region.
