Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) - Services

Your new job includes

Do you want to help shape strategic purchasing and make processes more efficient? As a Strategic Buyer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the professional procurement of services, HR solutions, and other overhead costs. With your instinct for quality and cost-effectiveness, you ensure that our organization is optimally and cost-consciously positioned.

In particular, you will

  • take independent responsibility for managing procurement of external professionals, consulting services, trainings, coachings, and other services
  • conduct tenders, evaluate offers, and independently lead contract negotiations at both national and international levels
  • be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, sourcing concepts, and cost optimization measures
  • ensure the establishment and maintenance of a stable supplier network, taking risk management into account

    Collaborate closely with departments and locations, acting as a competent point of contact

What you should bring along

  • Completed degree in economics or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement of services, particularly in the areas of HR services and general services
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; ideally with SAP knowledge
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and high social competence in dealing with various stakeholders
