We are looking for a Project Buyer (m/f/d) responsible for strategic and operational procurement as well as the management of our supplier portfolio in Germany.

About this vacancy
  • Management of a local supplier portfolio for projects in Germany.
  • Execution of sourcing, benchmarking, and supplier qualification prior to project start.
  • Regular visits to strategic suppliers to ensure quality and collaboration.
  • Procurement of consulting services, mechanical and electrical components, assembly services, as well as general site and office supplies.
  • Organization and execution of tenders in coordination with strategic purchasers and project teams.
  • Analysis and evaluation of offers, as well as negotiation of terms and contract conditions.
  • Preparation of contracts, placement of orders, and support for the project management in supplier coordination.
What we expect from you
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement or in the commercial field.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
  • Strong teamwork skills, structured and careful working style.
  • Ability to create summaries and reports precisely.
