Calibration and Test Equipment Specialist

Your key responsibilities

As an R&D Lab Technician in our Test & Verification department you will play a central role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our testing activities. You will become part of a supportive and professional team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual respect are central to our daily work.

Your tasks will include in particular:

  • Organizing the calibration and maintenance of test and auxiliary equipment in accordance with internal and external standards
  • Management and organization of the mechanical test laboratory, including equipment management
  • Support in carrying out tests and feasibility studies, especially for new test methods or product developments
  • Documentation and tracking of test equipment and calibration certificates
  • Collaboration with internal departments such as development, quality assurance and production

Your profile

  • Completed technical training, ideally as a physics laboratory technician, materials tester or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in handling test equipment and calibration processes
  • Knowledge of mechanical materials testing is an advantage
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and a high level of quality awareness
  • Fluency in English, as you will be collaborating in an international work environment
