These are our current challenges and future goals:

Senior Creative Strategist in highly autonomous role within the Performance Marketing Ad Creation Team. You craft creative strategies, define acquisition angles, and optimize content across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Native, and partner page funnels. You collaborate closely with the Team Lead Ad Creation, Performance Marketing, Partner/Advertorial Pages, and the Creative Pod o produce standout assets with strong performance impact. Build for an international-first setup with structured cross-market knowledge transfer and asset sharing across all teams.

This is where we need your support:

• You develop creative strategies, story angles, and messaging frameworks for paid channels and partner pages—spanning short-form and long-form formats, tailored for both video and written content.
• You translate customer insights and performance data into innovative, high-converting content ideas.
• You collaborate with the Team Lead Ad Creation, Performance Marketing, Partner Pages, and the Creative Pod to execute assets end-to-end.
• You write briefs, scripts, and hooks, and you oversee creative production.
• You continuously test and optimize content formats based on performance data.
• You stay ahead of platform trends and identify new opportunities for acquisition content.
• You own end-to-end project management for creative delivery, business-as-usual and campaign updates, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, and QA.

You have the following experience:

• 5+ years experience in performance-driven creative strategy (ideally D2C/beauty/wellness).
• Strong understanding of paid social and partner page creative mechanics.
• Proven track record of high-performing ads and funnel assets.
• Excellent storytelling, analytical thinking, and briefing skills.
• Fast, structured, performance-focused working style.
