Deine Aufgaben

  • In spannenden (Umsetzungs-) Projekten bei führenden Banken unterstützt Du unsere Kunden mithilfe moderner Systeme bei der Erfüllung von Anforderungen des Managements, der Aufsicht und des Kapitalmarkts
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Einführung moderner Datenbanken und BI-Tools
  • Deinem Interesse und Deiner Vorbildung entsprechend unterstützt Du unsere interne Research Abteilung in Themen wie beispielsweise Risikomanagement, Sustainable Finance oder Robotic Process Automation
  • Vom ersten Tag an übernimmst Du im direkten Kundenkontakt Verantwortung für Deine Aufgabenpakete in allen Projektphasen
  • "Hands-on-Mentalität" in allen Projektphasen
  • Ausbau der eigenen Expertise über Projekte und Schulungen, Entwicklung von Beratungsprodukten und erste Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung neuer Kollegen*innen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften , Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Interesse an Risiko- und Finanzreporting, Datenbanken und implementierungsnaher Beratung
  • Interesse an der Finanzindustrie und finanzmathematischen Zusammenhängen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 erforderlich) und sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Motivation, Verantwortung für Arbeitsergebnisse zu übernehmen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Engagement sowie Reisebereitschaft
