This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Munich or Dublin.

In the Finance, Legal & Strategy department, we enable the rapid but sustainable growth of Personio and ensure the financial health, legal stability, and strategic direction-setting of the organization. We are looking for a highly motivated Intern Finance & Accounting (d/f/m).

What You'll Do

Processing (checking, pre-accounting, posting) of incoming invoices

Verifying and processing travel and other expenses

Preparation of monthly account reconciliation and month-end closing reporting

Master data maintenance in our ERP system (Workday) and various tools

Documentation and participation in the optimization of processes (digitalisation / automation)

Communication with external and internal stakeholders

Support in the Tax or Treasury team if needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Student, preferably with background in or interest in business administration / finance / accounting / economics

Good analytical skills

You use efficiently Excel / Google Sheets

You can communicate in fluent English and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholder

You work diligently and carefully

You are proactive and solution-oriented, you have hands-on mentality

You are looking forward to working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment

Salary:

40 hours per week; 2,231€ per month
