We're hiring a Commission-Based Appointment Setter (Only for High-Performers)

Most appointment setter posts sound the same. This one doesn't.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Doesn't need micromanagement
  • Understands that sales is a numbers game
  • Shows up daily and executes
  • Wants to make €1–3k/month fully remote by booking qualified calls

What you will do:

  • Daily outreach on Instagram/LinkedIn
  • Follow our framework
  • Qualify prospects properly (not just book random calls)
  • Track KPIs: outreach, replies, calls booked

Compensation (100% commission):

  • Paid per qualified call
  • Additional bonus per closed deal
  • If you're consistent, this is real income — not pocket money

We are NOT a fit if:

  • You want a fixed salary
  • You can't handle rejection
  • You disappear for days
  • You want "easy money"
