We are currently looking for a
AI Workflow & Content Engineer (f/m/x)
to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll build and operate AI-based systems that create high-quality content and automate workflows across marketing, product, and operations. You will work across prompt engineering, agent design, and automation tooling – helping us reduce manual work, scale creative output, and bring AI into the heart of our company.

As this is a first-of-its-kind role at Softseed, you will shape our AI foundations and collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to explore, build, and scale AI-driven solutions – from marketing assets to internal agents.

Tasks

  • Create automation workflows to support marketing, research, and internal ops (e.g. summaries, posts, briefs)

  • Prototype and deploy lightweight AI agents for content planning, support tasks, and repetitive work

  • Set up and document reusable prompt libraries and agent configurations

  • Evaluate AI tools and frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI, Zapier, Make, Notion AI) and implement high-impact use cases

  • Support the creation of visual and video content for our website, product materials and social media

  • Collaborate across teams to scale content generation and operational efficiency

  • Build the internal foundation for future hires in AI Content, Automation or Agents iteration

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years experience in at least one of these areas: Prompt Engineering, AI content creation, automation tooling, or AI agents

  • Strong hands-on experience with GPT-4, Claude, Midjourney, Runway or similar AI tools

  • A creative builder mindset with a passion for experimentation and prototyping

  • Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, , Notion AI etc.)

  • Ability to translate team needs into smart prompts, agents, and automated workflows

  • High autonomy, system thinking, and a desire to work across disciplines

  • Bonus: experience with video workflows, agent orchestration (LangChain, RAG, etc.), or startup environments
